“Showdown” is the documentary movie starring 5 elite distance runners – Abdi Abdirahman, Alan Culpepper, Meb Keflezighi, Dathan Ritzenhein, and Jorge Torres – who together have won an Olympic medal, numerous Olympic team berths, and a wide variety of races at all levels. Viewers go behind the scenes in the runners’ quest for the 2007 US Cross-Country Championship in Boulder, Colorado, but more broadly in their pursuit of world-class performances in the UK and Scotland. Run-time is 72 minutes.
